EGS HEAVY is a well-formulated treatment designed to condition engines running on fuel oil by preventing and slowing down sludge formation, dispersing particles of solid chemical compounds and eliminating moisture to keep engine components cleaner and more reliable. Incomplete combustion is a common problem for engines burning heavy fuel oils. The major benefit from using EGS HEAVY is the substantial improvement to combustion. By improving combustion efficiency, EGS HEAVY allows engines to operate consistently at peak performance levels for much longer. In the boiler, EGS HEAVY combines a combustion catalyst system, emulsifying agents and solvents to protect and clean interior surfaces by deactivating vanadium oxides and sodium salts that deposit on boiler tubes and walls.
